Activities Coordinator: Betty Rozelle

The Agency’s “Senior Center” is home to a wide range of enrichment and fellowship activities designed to help keep seniors active and involved.  We also take the lead in developing and coordinating programs offered throughout the community at the locations of senior-friendly business partners.

Enrichment and Education Activities:

Bible Study: Fridays 9:00-10:30 am
     All are welcome!

TRIAD:  The first Thursday of each month at 1:30 pm. TRIAD is a partnership of area seniors, law enforcement, crime prevention, consumer protection agencies and government officials. Meetings are held in the North Room in the West Activity Hall.
Participants are invited to enjoy lunch in The Senior Cafe before the meetings.

PERI: 1st Wednesday of the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December at 12:00 noon. Lunch is available in the Senior Cafe for $4.00 per person.

Senior Computer Lab:
HCAOA’s free computer lab is available for seniors’ use most weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. We have a very basic, teach-yourself-to-use-a-computer software program available for use in our computer lab.

Coffee and Needlework: Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and make progress on your favorite needlework, share a craft tip, patterns and more. FREE-just bring your own craft supplies. Call Betty for more information.                                                                                                   Wednesdays from 9:30 am-11:00 am.
